Blake loves playing outside and aspires to be either a softball pitcher or a chef. He enjoys coloring, watching videos, and playing action games on his tablet. Blake has autism and has not shown understanding of adoption or the process. He has only formed a close relationship with his younger brother when they lived together and will need encouragement to interact with peers. Transitions are difficult for Blake, and he may become noncompliant with some requests. However, he can usually be redirected to more appropriate behavior after some time. Blake has made progress in his communication skills but still struggles with clear, verbal expression. He benefits from an environment where expectations are flexible and communicated in a way he can understand.
