Tobias

Tobias is a remarkably happy and resilient child who refuses to let his wheelchair limit him. Highly independent, he confidently manages getting in and out of his chair on his own. He has a vibrant personality and loves spending time with toys, tablets, and watching cartoons. While he occasionally faces communication challenges, Tobias is making great progress in expressing his wants and needs. He is looking for a loving, home-like environment with caregivers dedicated to supporting his daily needs. Although he cannot verbally express his feelings on adoption, he actively seeks out and bonds with family-like figures in his current setting.
