Tobias

Tobias is a happy child.  Tobias is wheelchair bound but does not let that stop him. Tobias is independent when it comes to getting in and out of his chair.  Tobias enjoys toys, tablets, and watching cartoons on TV.  Tobias does have a hard time with his speech at times but is doing better with expressing what he wants or needs through his speech.  Tobias will do great in a home-like setting with someone who is able to put time into his daily needs.  Tobias is unable to tell us how he feels about adoption but does seek out family like figures in his current placement to spend time with him.
